Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging and managing the cients, and assisting with collections for Brewing Bot vertical. (B2B)

Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage and engage with clients, fostering strong and healthy relationships.
  • Assist the sales team by providing feedback from clients regarding current issues and Publish NPS scores.
  • Support sales team by conducting follow-ups on outstanding dues with clients and resolving invoice-related issues.



Manage Ticketing Dashbaord

  • Effectively utilize the ticketing system to report clients facing issues and NPS score.
  • Escalate and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve invoicing issues.


Requirement:


  • At least 1-2 years of experience in either Voice or Non-Voice Sales Processes (Direct or Inside), with preference given to candidates with finance or accounting knowledge.
  • Good Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers patiently through phone calls and emails.
  • Proven track record of effectively operating ticketing systems and tracking dashboards.
  • Understanding of sales principles and the capability to meet collection targets.
