E-commerce Product Manager

About the Role:We're seeking a Merchandiser Specialist to help manage and grow our e-commerce catalog.As a key member of our global merchandising team, you'll be responsible for ensuring product listings are accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with marketing initiatives.You'll combine analytical precision with creative problem-solving skills to enhance product discoverability, catalog efficiency, and overall customer engagement in our international online shop.Manage and maintain product listings within our PIM system and e-commerce platformE nsure accuracy and completeness of product data, descriptions, attributes, and pricingM erchandise and optimize product presentation, including visuals, layouts, and SEO-friendly contentT est new product setups to ensure correct display and functionality in the shop front endC ollaborate with marketing and product teams to align product content with promotional campaigns and launchesS upport daily e-commerce operations and identify process improvements for catalog efficiency and customer engagementC ontribute creative ideas to enhance the online product discovery and browsing experienceRequirements:3-4 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, product content management, or digital marketingE xperience with PIM systems and e-commerce platforms (Magento or similar preferred)Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesE xcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindsetA bility to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote, international environmentE nthusiasm for print-on-demand, promotional products, or the printing industryWhat We Offer:O pportunities to contribute across merchandising and marketing initiativesP rofessional growth and development within a global organizationA supportive, inclusive, and remote-first work environmentWhy You'll Love Working Here:In this role, you'll play a key part in the growth of our new international online shop.
