A Leading Garments / Apparel Manufacturing company is looking for candidates with experience in end‑to‑end online sales channels (brand website, marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra/Ajio, B2B/B2C portals), including product listings, catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination with production/warehouse, and performance marketing to drive revenue and profitability. Key responsibilities Manage brand website and marketplace storefronts: listings, images, size charts, content, banners, offers, and UX in line with fashion brand guidelines. Own product catalogue: new style launches, season‑wise collections, SKU creation, category mapping, and SEO‑friendly titles/descriptions for apparel. Drive online sales: plan and execute promotions, discount strategies, campaigns, and merchandising to improve traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for stock accuracy, dispatch SLAs, returns, and quality issues specific to garments. Monitor key metrics and dashboards (sales, traffic, ROAS, CPC, marketplace scorecards, returns, cancellations ) and take corrective actions. Manage performance marketing: marketplace ads (sponsored products), Google Ads, Meta/Instagram ads, email/SMS campaigns focused on fashion customers. Ensure best‑in‑class customer experience: product information, reviews/ratings management, quick resolution of queries and complaints. Work with design/merchandising teams to plan online assortments, pricing, and seasonal fashion drops. Requirements Required skills and qualifications Graduate in Marketing / Business / Fashion / related field; MBA or fashion merchandising background preferred. 3–6 years of e‑commerce experience, with at least 2+ years in fashion/garments/apparel category (brand, marketplace seller, or D2C). Strong hands‑on experience with fashion marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.) and e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or similar). Proficiency in digital marketing: SEO/SEM, marketplace advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, and basic content planning. Solid analytical skills with tools like Excel and Google Analytics or similar to track performance and optimize campaigns. Understanding of garment manufacturing lead times, sizes, fabric types, and fashion trends to plan inventory and assortments.
