Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage product listings, catalog uploads, and content updates on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, company website, etc.). Handle daily e-commerce operations including order processing, shipment tracking, and returns. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability. Monitor sales performance, pricing, and inventory across platforms. Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and discount strategies . Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with platform policies and e-commerce regulations . Provide customer support for inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues. Prepare MIS reports and share insights with management for decision-making. Work closely with marketing teams to improve digital visibility and branding. Requirements Required Skill Sets Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, Shopify, Magento, etc.). Experience in product catalog management, SEO for product listings, and pricing strategies . Familiarity with online order processing, payment gateways, and logistics coordination . Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting . Knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, SEM, social media promotions) is a plus. Analytical mindset with ability to work on sales reports and KPIs . Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
