Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have designed and implemented an Office 365 environment, demonstrating expertise in the Microsoft solutions including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID and Entra ID Connect.The selected individual must possess broad knowledge base of Office 365 technical architecture and have experience working with customers providing regular updates, troubleshooting deployment and migration issues.A strong problem-solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to keep track of emerging technologies in the market.The successful candidate must also have experience in preparing transformation deliverables, leading and managing customer and partner business results, and staying updated with current Unified Communications (UCC) solutions.Awareness of ancillary solutions for Active Directory/Exchange such as monitoring tools, SIEM, Auditing & Reporting tools is also necessary.The ideal candidate should have experience with security definitions and solutions in the market, which would be required for architecting the solution.Knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM) process and disaster recovery plans to decide RTO and RPO for an architecture along with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is essential.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Office 365 environments.Prepare transformation deliverables and lead customer and partner business results.Provide regular updates and troubleshoot deployment and migration issues.Maintain expertise in Microsoft solutions including AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID and Entra ID Connect.Keep track of emerging technologies in the market.Achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency in delivering customer requirements.Requirements:Broad knowledge base of Office 365 technical architecture.Experience working with customers.Strong problem-solving ability.Excellent communication skills.Awareness of emerging technologies in the market.Knowledge of ITSM process.Awareness of disaster recovery plans.Benefits:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.
