Technical CRM SpecialistCapgemini seeks a skilled Technical CRM specialist to join their team. As a technical consultant with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, you will be responsible for delivering full-cycle implementations and providing technical issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:Developing and customizing D365 applications using HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScriptIntegrating third-party applications and working with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, and PowerBIProviding support, upgrades, and migrations for on-premise/cloud deploymentsCollaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions within tight timelines in an agile development environmentRequirements:2+ years of experience in CRM/XRM systemsStrong background as a technical consultant with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementationsCRM/XRM experience with different versionsCertification in Microsoft Dynamics 365DevOps and version control expertise with Git and JiraBusiness applications experience with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIsPreferred Skills:Process automation design and development with Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and PowerBI reportsMarketing automation tools experience with RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, and ClickDimensionsProblem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficientlyIndustry exposure across finance, telecom, manufacturing, or retail sectorsJob Benefits:Opportunity to work on large-scale projectsChallenging work environmentCareer growth opportunities
