With a diverse team of 342,700 strategic and technological experts across more than 50 countries, we are united by a shared passion: unleashing human energy through innovation and transformation.Primary Skills (Must-Have)✅ Experience: 2+ years in Technical CRM✅ D365 Expertise: Strong background as a technical consultant with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations✅ CRM/XRM Experience: Worked with different versions of CRM/XRM✅ Project Lifecycle: Successfully executed 2-3 full-cycle implementations✅ Customization & Configuration: Deep knowledge of D365 customization, configuration, and technical issue resolution✅ Development & Coding: Expertise in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript✅ Agile Experience: Proven ability to deliver within tight timelines in an agile development environment✅ Cloud & On-Premises: Experience in on-premise/cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations✅ Microsoft Power Platform: Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, and PowerBI✅ Integration: Hands-on experience integrating third-party applications✅ Certification: Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365✅ DevOps & Version Control: Sound expertise in DevOps, Git, and Jira✅ Business Applications: Experience working with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs✅ Customer-Facing Role: Strong analytical and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholdersSecondary Skills (Good to Have)✔️ Process Automation: Designed and developed Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and PowerBI reports✔️ Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, and ClickDimensions✔️ Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently✔️ Industry Exposure: Experience across finance, telecom, manufacturing, or retail sectors
