Job Description: HPS/2025/123Bag Making OperatorMale200 to 210th/12th/DMEMachine setup and operation:Load raw materials (film rolls, paper stock) onto the machine according to bag specifications.Adjust machine settings to control bag size, sealing pressure, and cutting parameters.Start and monitor the bag making machine to ensure smooth production.Perform necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality.Quality control:Regularly inspect produced bags for defects like tears, misalignment, or improper sealing.Identify and address quality issues by making necessary adjustments to machine settings.Conduct visual and physical checks on bags to meet quality standards.Maintenance and cleaning:Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of machine components to prevent malfunctions.Identify and report any machine malfunctions or potential issues to maintenance personnel.Assist with minor repairs and adjustments as needed.Production monitoring:Track production output and ensure adherence to production schedules.Monitor machine performance metrics like cycle time and scrap rate.Report any production discrepancies to supervisors.Safety compliance:Follow all safety procedures related to machine operation and material handling.Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while operating machinery.Report any safety concerns or hazards immediately.   Required skills and qualifications:Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machine operationsAttention to detail and ability to identify quality defectsAbility to read and interpret work instructions and production schedulesBasic troubleshooting skills to address minor machine issuesPhysical ability to lift and handle materials as neededAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment
