Position: Composite fabrication Technician - UAVManufacturing Department: Structural Fabrication Location: IIT KANPUR/ GREATER NOIDA Employment Type: Full -TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking experienced CompositeFabrication Technicians to join our growing UAV manufacturing team. You will beresponsible for fabricating high -quality composite structures for our Largefixed -wing unmanned aerial vehicles, working with advanced materials andprocesses to meet aerospace standards.Key Responsibilities·       Performcomposite lay -up operations using prep -reg materials, hand lay -up, and resintransfer moulding (RTM)·       Operateautoclave, oven curing, and vacuum bagging systems·       Trim,machine, and finish composite components to engineering specifications·       Performcomposite bonding and secondary bonding operations·       Conductdimensional inspections and quality checks on fabricated parts·       Maintaindetailed production records and work instructions compliance·       Collaboratewith engineering team on process improvements and troubleshooting RequirementsRequired Qualifications·       Highschool diploma or equivalent·       2+ yearsof experience in composite manufacturing (aerospace, automotive, or marinepreferred)·       Knowledgeof carbon fibre, fibreglass, and advanced composite materials·       Experiencewith autoclave operations and vacuum bagging techniques·       Abilityto read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions·       Strongattention to detail and quality consciousnessPreferred Qualifications·       Aerospaceor defence industry experience·       Certificationin composite manufacturing processes·       Experiencewith NDT inspection methods·       Knowledgeof AS9100 or similar quality systems·       Experiencewith UAVs or aircraft structuresCompensation: Competitive salary based on experience+ benefits
