Order Management ExpertThis is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experts in order management systems.About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Order Management Expert to design, develop and maintain order management systems using IBM Sterling.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of OMS technologies, experience with integration technologies and APIs, and proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to IBM Sterling (e.g., Java, XML, XSLT).The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IBM Sterling platform, ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of the solutions developed, and create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.Key Responsibilities:System Design and Development:Design and develop order management systems using IBM Sterling, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.Technical Collaboration:Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.Integration and Customization:Implement customizations and integrations to enhance the functionality of the IBM Sterling platform, ensuring seamless interactions between systems.Troubleshooting and Support:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IBM Sterling platform, providing timely support to minimize downtime.Requirements:Mandatory Skills:Proven experience as a Developer with expertise in IBM Sterling.Strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS) technologies.Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to IBM Sterling (e.g., Java, XML, XSLT).Experience with integration technologies and APIs.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Bonus Points:Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
