We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to excel in recruitment.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for India clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in an applicant tracking system or customer relationship management tool.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using online job boards and other channels.
