The company works closely with clients to support their hiring requirements through structured processes and domain-led recruitment.Role SummaryWe are looking for a Lead Recruiter with experience in Sales hiring, particularly sales and volume hiring, who can manage client requirements while leading a small recruitment team.This role involves both hands-on recruitment and team leadership, with responsibility for delivery, coordination, and client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles, primarily sales positionsHandle volume hiring requirements across junior to mid-level sales rolesLead, guide, and monitor a team of 3–5 recruitersCoordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and timelinesTrack recruitment progress and ensure timely closuresReview candidate quality and maintain hiring standardsSupport process improvements and reporting as requiredRequired Experience & SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in Sales recruitmentStrong exposure to sales hiring and volume hiringPrior experience in leading or mentoring recruiters is preferredGood communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work from office and collaborate with internal teamsWork Location & ScheduleWork from Office – Noida (Sector 96)5 working days per weekCompensation & BenefitsFixed salaryPerformance-based incentives
