Company : NLB Services Location : Noida, Sector 63 Work Timings : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Employment Type : Full-time | On-site About the Role NLB Services is looking for an experienced Non-Technical Recruiter/Team Lead in the India/ Domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and client coordination, especially for Non-IT domains. Key Responsibilities · Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles. · Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles. · Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases. · Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites. · Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. · Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients. · Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and update hiring dashboards. · Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Required Skills & Experiences For Recruiter · 1–5 years of recruitment experience (mix experience acceptable but majority should be in Non-IT hiring). · Experience working with client-side hiring teams. · Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, etc.). · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines. For Team Lead · 4–7 years of recruitment experience · Hand-on experience with team handling and comfortable doing end-to-end recruitment. · Experience working with client-side hiring teams. · Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, etc.). · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines. Qualification Graduation or equivalent degree in any discipline.
