You will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we are attracting and hiring the best possible talent.Key Responsibilities:* End-to-End Execution: Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding. * Diversity & Niche Hiring: Actively drive diversity mandates and source for complex IT, Embedded and other technical roles. * Candidate Experience: Manage interviews, offer negotiations, and pre-joining engagement. * Operational Excellence: Own the P&L/Revenue targets and ensure strict adherence to client SLAs and TAT. * Client Management: Partner with hiring managers to provide talent analytics, market insights, and project feasibility reports. * Process Optimization: Improve team sourcing efficiency and productivity using our AIenabled ATS. Qualifications * Experience: 1–4 years in recruitment (Consultancy or RPO experience preferred). * Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong organizational and time management skills * Mindset: Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a result-oriented approach.
