Job Title: US Technical Recruiter Experience Required: 1+ Years Location: Noida, Sec 63 Shift Timing: US EST (Night Shift) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in US IT Staffing , primarily focusing on W2 and Full-Time positions . The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing through various channels, and engaging effectively with candidates across multiple IT domains. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for full-time W2 positions with direct clients and implementation partners. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and internal ATS to find top talent. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and availability. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline effectively. Negotiate salary and rate terms (mainly W2) and close candidates in a timely manner. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
