ServiceNow ITSM Lead DeveloperWe are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITSM expert to drive strategic initiatives and deliver secure, automated, and user-friendly service experiences across healthcare IT environments.This role involves leading the design of IAM-related catalog items, orchestrating complex integrations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and security standards while mentoring the development team.Lead development and customization of ServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.Architect IAM-focused Service Catalog items (e.g., user provisioning, access requests, role assignments) with automated workflows and approval chains.Design and implement advanced Service Portals, leveraging widgets, UI pages, and client/server-side scripting for secure and intuitive user experiences.Drive integration strategies with IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) and ensure seamless connectivity with HR systems and CMDB.Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to translate complex IAM and ITSM requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security policies, and data governance standards.Troubleshoot and optimize portal components, catalog workflows, and IAM integrations for performance and reliability.Provide technical leadership and mentorship, promoting best practices and platform governance.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:5-8 years of ServiceNow development experience, with proven expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, and IAM-related workflows.Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.Experience integrating ServiceNow with IAM systems (Azure AD, Okta, etc.) and automating identity lifecycle processes.ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS–ITSM) highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.BenefitsYou will enjoy:A competitive compensation package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Other OpportunitiesPlease note that we do not discriminate based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
