Skill: ServiceNow ITSM Developer Consultant (Face to Face) Years of experience: 5 to 14 Years Location: Hyderabad Date: 22-Nov-2025 (Face to Face) Drive Time: 9AM to 1:00 PM Role Overview We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, primarily ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request). - Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications. - Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and Request workflows. - Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Perform customization and enhancements based on business requirements. - Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and provide ongoing support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Prepare technical documentation and participate in UAT and deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong experience in ServiceNow development (ITSM modules). - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. - Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management is a plus. - Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and instance management. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). - Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
