We are seeking a self-driven and proactive Sales Manager with a proven track record in a domestic sales role within the Indian GCC (Global Captive Center) setup. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in growing businesses with global captives, combined with strong account hunting and farming skills. This role requires a technology expert familiar with various platforms and OEM offerings, who can develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients within the GCC landscape.


Key Responsibilities:


Target-Driven Sales:

  • Lead and manage sales efforts, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets within the Indian GCC setup.
  • Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with global captive

Account Hunting & Farming:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while exploring new opportunities for account expansion.
  • Proactively hunt for new business, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to secure new clients.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Regularly set up and conduct key stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on business goals and progress.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the client organizations.

Technology Expertise:

  • Serve as a technology expert, with in-depth knowledge of relevant platforms and OEM offerings.
  • Advise clients on the best technology solutions to meet their needs and drive business growth.

Engagement Models:

  • Work with various engagement models to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Adapt sales strategies to different client needs and engagement approaches.

Lead Generation & Sales Cycle Management:

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closure, contract negotiation, and collections.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at acquiring new clients within the GCC landscape.
  • Continuously assess market trends, competition, and client needs to adjust strategies and achieve sales objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a domestic sales role, preferably within the Indian GCC setup.
  • Demonstrated success in growing business with global captives.
  • Strong knowledge of technology platforms and OEM offerings.
  • Experience with various engagement models and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in lead generation, sales cycle management, and collections.
  • Familiarity with the GCC landscape and its key players.
