AI EngineerWe're seeking a highly skilled AI engineer to drive the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of agentic AI applications in real estate and construction.Key Responsibilities:Create agent pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, etc.Integrate external APIs, custom tool calls, and endpoints securely.Prompt Engineering & Feedback Loops:Develop domain-specific prompt templates and optimize them for performance.Embed complex business logic into multi-step workflows using Python.Build user-feedback pipelines to retrain and adjust agent behavior.Deployments & Observability:Containerize LLMs on Azure Cloud (AKS/Azure ML) and manage CI/CD pipelines.Implement agent evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval) and track metrics over time.Collaboration:Work closely with backend and data engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.Document architectures and lessons learned from iterations.Requirements:4–7 years experience in Data Science / ML Engineering.Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks; LangGraph experience preferred.Strong prompt engineering skills in complex contexts.Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.Experience with observability platforms (Langfuse, LangSmith).Strong Python coding skills and experience with REST API integrations.Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.
