Job Title:AI Systems Specialist About the Role:As a seasoned AI Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge AI systems that drive business growth. Your expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models will enable us to create innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:Develop AI-Enabled Products: Evaluate emerging techniques and integrate them into our production systems to build trusted AI tools for critical decision-making.High-Performance Search and RAG: Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs. Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.Strong background in distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.Experience with modern Python microservices, including FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.Knowledge of AI Agent Stack: LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers, FAISS.Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
