Technical Support Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to users via various communication channels as first response.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errorsContribute to the knowledge base and standard operating proceduresThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systemMonitor and diagnose issues using various toolsDiagnose and resolve incidents, requests or inquiriesEscalate unresolved incidents to higher support levelsLog all incidents, service requests, and actions in the ITSM systemTrack and follow up on open tickets until resolution and closureMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errorsContribute to the knowledge base and standard operating proceduresIdentify recurring issues and propose preventive solutionsEnsure SLA compliance and high-quality service deliveryRequirements:Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksTeamwork and collaboration with other support levelsHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyVocational Training or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldJira Service desk knowledge will be a plus
