Contribute to creating and improving knowledge base materials. Stay up-to-date with company tools and services. Qualifications: Minimum 150 Mbps internet speed and remote setup. Experience in technical support, preferably remote. Strong written/verbal communication and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems.
