Job Title: ServiceNow AdministratorWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Administrator, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our platform. This includes handling daily administration tasks, maintaining platform security, and configuring workflows to support users.The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in platform administration, configuration, and ITSM operations. A strong technical foundation in automation, workflow design, and enterprise system support is essential. Hands-on experience with CMDB & Domain separation is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate CMDB data and CI relationship integrity.Requirements:Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM. Experience with ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps is a plus.Must have Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Domain Separation skills.Solid understanding of IT operations concepts, relational databases, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for interacting with technical teams and non-technical users.Good to Have Skills:Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.Certifications:A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is beneficial.
