Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Platform Administrator to manage, monitor, and maintain core enterprise platforms that support business applications and digital services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform availability, performance, and security while supporting deployments, configurations, and upgrades in a highly reliable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise platforms (e.g., cloud platforms, CRM, ERP, DevOps, or collaboration tools).
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Implement platform updates, patches, and version upgrades with minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, working closely with IT infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams.
  • Automate routine operational tasks using scripts or configuration management tools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) readiness for assigned platforms.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for platform enhancements and integrations.
  • Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize platform reliability and efficiency.
