Furthermore, the customer has slightly adjusted the requirements for this role.PFB the updated JD for your reference: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technology solutions This position is responsible for identifying analyzing and documenting business requirements for IT projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals The role demands strong stakeholder coordination exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable technical specifications Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Analysiso Engage with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and validate requirementso Document functional and nonfunctional requirements in clear structured formatso Facilitate workshops interviews and process mapping sessions Stakeholder Coordinationo Act as a liaison between business units IT teams and external vendorso Ensure timely communication and alignment across all project stakeholderso Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum Documentation Standardso Prepare Business Requirement Documents BRDs Use Cases and User Storieso Maintain traceability matrices and ensure compliance with organizational standardso Support QA teams in defining test cases and validating deliverables Project Supporto Assist in project planning prioritization and scope managemento Provide input for solution design and participate in UAT User Acceptance Testingo Monitor progress and report status to leadership
