This role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, has strong communication and organizational skills, and can translate business goals into actionable creative and performance deliverables.As the first point of contact for assigned accounts, you’ll ensure smooth coordination across content, design, performance, and web teams — while maintaining strong relationships with clients. You’ll also contribute to shaping the brand’s communication approach across channels, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with the larger strategic vision.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines and expectations.Understand client objectives, translate them into actionable briefs, and manage end-to-end campaign delivery.Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment across all channels.Draft, review, and refine brand communication to ensure a consistent tone and narrative.Track project status, maintain task sheets, and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met.Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to present updates, reports, and performance insights.Identify opportunities for strategic improvements or creative innovation within client accounts.Stay informed on digital, branding, and communication trends to add strategic value to ongoing projects.Contribute to creative ideation sessions and brand strategy discussions when needed.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in client servicing, brand management, or account coordination (agency experience preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social, paid media, email, website, etc.).Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams.Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.Interest in branding, communication, and creative strategy.
