About the RoleRandstad Enterprise offers comprehensive talent solutions to help clients achieve growth, execute strategies, and enhance agility.As a Sourcing Specialist, you will develop and lead an effective client management proposition, focusing on providing strategic direction and operational leadership.Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:Analyse social data and resumes to identify qualified candidates for our clients' needs.Conduct market and talent research to ascertain sourcing opportunities for well-matched candidates and create detailed Master Sourcing Plans.Conduct first-level interviews to determine if there is a match to the client's requirements.Utilise various research techniques and determination to uncover hidden online information essential for success in this role.Manage daily activities to identify leads and engage with people online and over the phone.Vacancy Intake and RequirementsOrganize intake meetings with hiring managers/recruiters to gain a complete understanding of hard and soft requirements, company culture, and working environment.Sourcing StrategyAnalyse job descriptions and translate them into search queries to be used in database mining through various channels such as internal candidate databases, job board databases, internet searches, and social networks.Candidate Engagement and ReportingEstablish connections with candidates, conduct further screening, and provide regular reporting of search and screening activity to the Delivery Manager and clients.Relationship ManagementAct as a single point of contact (SPOC) from a daily delivery/operational perspective for clients and client-facing recruiters.
