What You'll Do:

🌟 Collaborate on Big Picture Goals: Be a thought partner to the founders, aligning strategic priorities with the company’s vision.

📊 Data-Driven Insights: Synthesize cross-departmental data to enable well-informed decisions.

📅 Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.

🔄 Streamline Workflows: Identify inefficiencies and drive productivity improvements.

⚡ Crisis Management: Address bottlenecks, manage emergencies, and ensure business continuity.

🤝 Foster Alignment: Act as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring unified focus on key objectives.

📝 Amplify Communication: Draft strategic narratives and company-wide updates for the founders.

💡 Experimentation and Innovation: Lead pilot projects and experiments to validate new business ideas.

👥 Talent Development: Identify leadership and skill gaps, working with teams to address them.


Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with a proven track record of driving impact in high-growth environments. Candidates with prior Founder’s Office experience will be given preference, as this role requires exceptional strategic thinking, execution, and alignment across functions.
