Fast-Growing Revenue ManagerWe are looking for a senior finance professional to join our fast-growing team and protect and strengthen our revenue engine as we scale rapidly from $8M to $50M ARR.This is an important hire in our finance team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial backbone and partnering directly with the founders, leadership, and investors as we accelerate growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all core financial operations, including payroll, payouts, vendor management, reimbursements, and accounts receivables.Owning statutory and regulatory compliance, including PF, PT, GST, TDS, ROC filings, and ensuring everything is buttoned-up and audit-ready.Building and maintaining robust financial models that help us plan, predict, and steer the company with clarity.Running BiteSpeed's budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with functional heads to bring accuracy, accountability, and visibility.Managing cash flow like a hawk, from daily working capital decisions to long-term cash planning.Maintaining and strengthening banking, investor, and auditor relationships, becoming the single source of truth for external stakeholders.Supporting fundraising by building investor-ready reports, decks, and projections.Creating and implementing finance SOPs, policies, and best practices suited for a scaling SaaS business.Constantly finding ways to improve operational efficiency, reduce financial leakage, and optimize cost structures.Ensuring smooth completion of statutory audits, including coordination with a Big 4 audit partner.Requirements:A qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience across finance controllership, accounting, or FP&A roles.Experience in building or scaling the finance function in a SaaS or tech-first company.Able to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and building financial reports skills.Possess a generalist mindset and partner deeply with founders and leadership.Experience in SaaS revenue recognition, ARR metrics, and subscription accounting is a strong advantage.Benefits:Health insurance cover and accident coverage for extra cushion and mental peace when rainy days hit.Quarterly off-sites are a core part of the BiteSpeed culture, ranging from intense quarter planning sessions to crazy mafia nights and competitive cricket matches.Cult Fitness Membership to ensure we hit the gym more often.Personal Development opportunities through course sponsorships, conference tickets, and book purchases.Salary paid in advance every month.
