Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, driving business growth through effective financial planning and analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing financial models to inform business decisions, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies;Maintaining a deep understanding of sales and revenue drivers, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to senior management;Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction;Analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights, supporting decision-making and informing strategic initiatives;Managing working capital, optimizing cash flow, and improving return on investment (ROI) through effective financial planning and budgeting;Providing expert guidance on financial matters, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, to support business leaders in making informed decisions.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from a top-tier institution;A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry;Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and delivering results-oriented solutions;Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and planning, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions;Familiarity with financial software, tools, and systems, including ERP, financial planning, and budgeting software;Certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP are highly desirable but not required.
