Strategic Growth LeaderThe Strategic Growth Leader will spearhead the enhancement of organizational efficiency, staff performance, and long-term sustainability. This role is a combination of strategic planning and hands-on execution, supporting the growth of the organization through internal strengthening.Main Responsibilities:Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core functions (animal care, HR, operations, administration, donor management, etc.) to streamline processes and improve productivity.Evaluate and optimize workflow efficiency across teams to minimize bottlenecks and maximize collaboration.Develop knowledge management tools and systems (e.g., internal manuals, resource libraries) to enhance information sharing and reduce knowledge gaps.Assess staff skills and identify organizational capacity gaps to inform training and development initiatives.Design and deliver internal training programs for staff and volunteers to upskill and reskill the workforce.Support team leaders in building functional reporting structures and accountability systems to promote transparency and responsibility.Establish frameworks for measuring internal performance, service delivery, and staff KPIs to track progress and inform decision-making.Collaborate with relevant teams to design dashboards or tracking tools that support M&E efforts and drive business outcomes.Provide analysis and recommendations for process improvements to drive continuous learning and growth.Foster a culture of learning, transparency, and collaboration to promote employee engagement and job satisfaction.Lead change management initiatives when introducing new systems or tools to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to optimize operations and enhance overall effectiveness.Support recruitment planning, onboarding, and role clarity efforts to attract and retain top talent.Collaborate with leadership to refine organizational structure and staffing models to meet evolving business needs.Assist in developing succession plans and leadership development pipelines to ensure sustainable growth and continuity.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures, with a passion for promoting inclusion and equity• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detailBenefits:This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
