The Role:Assume responsibility for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across various geographies, focusing on Amazon PPC campaigns.Establish and maintain a robust performance marketing approach to deliver exceptional ROI/ROAS results.Own the performance marketing profit and loss (P&L) and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.Lead a team in executing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing return on investment.Design and implement automated dashboards for periodic reporting on Amazon sales and spends, enabling real-time insights and informed optimization of advertising metrics.Analyze conversion rates, bid strategies, impression shares, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize Amazon advertising efforts.Promote collaboration with Amazon teams to develop competitive Joint Business Plans and Data-Shared Partnerships.Stay updated on competitor strategies, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including inventory planners, brand marketers, and supply chain experts, to enhance customer experience.Requirements:To excel in this role, you should possess:At least 4 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (AMS).A proven track record of owning and managing Amazon marketing P&L.Experience in the baby category is preferred but not mandatory.Location:Dadar, Mumbai
