**Position Summary**:
As a Senior Social Media Strategist, I lead the planning and execution of both paid and organic social media initiatives. My approach blends strategic campaign planning with consistent content engagement to drive visibility, brand growth, and conversions. With expertise in ad structuring, outreach, and analytics, I ensure that every post and campaign contributes to achieving business goals while also strengthening community interaction across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Planning & Execution**:

- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with product/service objectives.
- Build structured ad campaigns for Facebook using Meta Ads Manager.
- Write compelling ad copy and post captions tailored for various audiences.

**2. Engagement & Content Strategy**:

- Perform hashtag research to optimize reach and discoverability.
- Plan and implement Twitter-specific posting strategies.
- Develop outreach strategies including LinkedIn messages and InMail campaigns.
- Design strategies to increase LinkedIn engagement—boosting likes, reach, and impressions.

**3. Analytics & Performance Review**:

- Analyze KPIs using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Use data to refine content and posting strategies for better ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and performance teams to ensure message consistency.

**4. Competitor Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to understand market positioning and trends.
- Replicate and adapt proven industry strategies to elevate our social media presence.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven ability to build and scale paid and organic social campaigns.
- Proficiency in ad tools like Meta Business Suite and platform analytics.
- Strong understanding of audience behavior across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Expertise in strategic copywriting, outreach messaging, and social trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into insights.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
