**Job Description**:
As a Social Media Executive at Jenya, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms. You’ll play a crucial role in engaging with our online community, creating impactful content, and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms including **Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok** and others.
- Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay up-to-date and relevant.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Engage with followers and customers through comments, messages, and posts.
- Collaborate with other teams (content, design, marketing) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in campaigns.
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Track competitors' social media presence and strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Report on social media performance and ROI to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience in content creation, editing, and copywriting.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and ads is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, and branding best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
