Job Title: Senior Production Engineer's Role in Manufacturing Efficiency.As a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Sheet Metals Industry, you will oversee and manage mechanical design, development, and production processes for drawer channels. You will supervise and optimize sheet metal fabrication processes including punching, bending, forming. Your role involves coordinating with vendors and internal teams for plating (ZINC/CED) quality and process control.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and implement assembly line setups and fixtures to improve efficiency and reduce rework.* Analyze product failures and implement corrective/preventive actions.* Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.* Ensure compliance with ISO / quality management systems and company standards.* Prepare and maintain documentation, BOMs, and process sheets.* Support new product development (NPD) and continuous process improvement initiatives.We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and growth.
