As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our business.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and maintenance for applications developed using .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and SQL.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.Assist in deployment of new applications and updates, collaborating with DevOps teams for smooth CI/CD processes.Document support processes, maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issue resolution and application status.Mandatory Skills:.NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web APIAngular (latest versions preferred)SQL Server and database managementAzure technologies (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)Visual Studio and related development toolsDevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in cloud-based deployments and Azure services.Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and optimization techniques.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Benefits:Work from home policy: FULL
