The team focuses on campaign development, digital optimization, and customer engagement to expand access to diagnostics that improve patient outcomes.Internship Assignment Summary: Role OverviewThe Onboarding Design & Enablement Intern will focus on understanding how healthcare providers (HCPs) are introduced to Labcorp's ecosystem — from their first point of contact through onboarding completion. The goal is to evaluate how well Labcorp communicates its value proposition and equips HCPs to navigate its diagnostic offerings effectivelyKey ResponsibilitiesMap the current end-to-end HCP onboarding journey across all touchpoints.Analyze the structure and audit onboarding materials (emails, guides, welcome kits, training assets, etc.) for consistency and clarity.Conduct stakeholder interviews (marketing, sales, customer support, HCP, etc.) to capture process insights and pain points.Identify communication and process gaps affecting early-stage provider experienceKey DeliverablesComprehensive HCP onboarding journey map.Content inventory and gap analysis report.Stakeholder insights summary highlighting friction points."Quick Start Blueprint" with recommendations to improve onboarding design and engagement tacticsEducation/Qualifications/Skills:Pursuing MBAAnalytical mindset with the ability to organize and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics industries preferred (not mandatory).Comfortable with data interpretation, competitive research, and storytelling through slides or reportsLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
