Job Opportunity: Sales Support ExecutiveWe are seeking a high-performing professional who combines visual storytelling skills with business acumen.This individual will work closely with the sales team to design engaging presentations and contribute to the development and submission of client proposals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop modular, brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and internal reviews by utilizing data-driven insights and creative vision.Co-create and refine client proposal documents with the sales team by integrating relevant information and compelling narratives.Translate complex ideas and data into visually engaging slides with clear narrative flow, leveraging expertise in presentation design and storytelling.Maintain consistency in formatting, messaging, and brand tone across all sales collateral by adhering to established guidelines and best practices.Research and integrate charts, visuals, and benchmarks to enhance pitch materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Build and manage a reusable template and slide asset library to improve efficiency and streamline workflow.Stay current with presentation design trends and sales enablement best practices, applying knowledge to drive results.Assist in onboarding and internal training content creation when needed, providing support and resources to team members.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and similar presentation tools, with experience in designing engaging and effective presentations.Excellent design sensibility with command of layout, formatting, and hierarchy, demonstrated through previous work or projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.Ability to work collaboratively across sales and strategy teams, fostering effective partnerships and driving results.Experience with proposals, sales enablement, or client-facing deliverables preferred, but not required.Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability to changing priorities, essential for success in this role.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop valuable skills, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.
