Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Work Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST/6:30 PM - 3:30 AM as per DLS) Employment: Full Time about Randstad Enterprise: Randstad Enterprise provides solutions and expertise that help large enterprise company’s position for growth, execute on strategy, and improve business agility. Who you are: has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units manages important client & internal relationships with guidance from senior management develops and/or delivers a plan and outcomes for an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues. develops procedures for areas of expertise monitors SLA/KPI performance to control and improve team performance & productivity identifies opportunities to better serve client needs provides coaching and mentoring to team members and TLs Differentiators develops and shares best practices with the global GBS community manages the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems can apply understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions without supervision Impact: Erroneous decisions may possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time; human resources, and funds Education: Bachelor’s degree required Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience 3+ years in RPO environment Job requirements: Strong customer focus and customer service skills Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data Track record of high achievement Demonstrated success working on teams At least 2 years of experience in being accountable for the performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver against predetermined objectives Proven experiences in addressing complex issues and developing recommended solutions college or university degree or the equivalent work experience Technical requirments: Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and applicable tools core competencies: Delighting people Performing today Leading change Securing the future randstad offers you: An opportunity to work for a global market leader in HR services with industry recognition Continuous learning and development opportunities An dynamic, innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment The chance to lead a talented and driven team and be a visionary leader
