About the Role The Recruiter (180/Resourcer) will support the EMEA recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for client roles. This position focuses on sourcing candidates, managing applications, and maintaining accurate data throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Screen and qualify candidate applications to match job requirements. Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate records. Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to applicants and hiring managers. Support Account Managers in delivering high-quality candidate shortlists. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. Serve as contact person for questions from candidates. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails. Required Experience Supported clients in the Middle East and Africa Understand the power generation sector, including solar, wind, and BESS Placed candidates into the greenfield projects as well as onto O&M contracts Demonstrated success at an agency managing a 180 desk Skills Sales background (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating). Effective communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Resilient with evidence of seeing things through from start to finish. High-energy and passion. Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
