Role Description This is an on-site internship role located in Vadodara for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining a database of candidates, collaborating with teams to identify hiring needs, and ensuring smooth onboarding for selected candidates. The Recruiter will contribute to enhancing recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent acquisition goals. QualificationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in candidate sourcing and screening methodsKnowledge of recruitment tools and platformsOrganizational and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with onboarding processes and HR functionsAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is a plus
