Liaising with hiring managers, stakeholders, and clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. Responsible for full cycle of recruiting , starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding Sourcing candidates from various job portals, LinkedIn & other databases Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basis PRE-REQUISITES Good understanding and updates on latest recruitment trends on Engineering and Manufacturing hiring Good grasp on recruitment portals and other hiring platforms Dynamic & Self-motivated individual
