Campus Recruiting Operations - (this role will support 40% APAC; 40% EMEA; 20% U.S.): Will be responsible for supporting execution of interview scheduling, including building schedules and preparing materials Will be responsible for assisting with candidate travel arrangements Will be responsible for preparing historical recruiting data reports Will be responsible for downloading resume books from ORC. Will be responsible for preparing contracts for new hires Will be responsible for managing onboarding by sending forms and tracking status Will be responsible for supporting candidate travel for summer intern and full-time orientation and training Will be responsible for handling contract extensions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills are required Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level) Quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment At Jefferies, we believe that diversity fosters creativity, innovation and thought leadership through the infusion of new ideas and perspectives.
