Designation: Talent Acquisition SpecialistOrganization: SwitchON Foundation Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Experience: Around 5 years in Talent Acquisition preferably in Executive Search industryResponsibilities and Duties●    End-to-End Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.●    Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.●    Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
