Job Title: Channel Sales ManagerAt our company, we are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales through channels and networks at all active projects.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets through channels and networks.Ensure the quality of channel partners by maintaining a strong brand reputation and market presence.Lead and motivate a high-performing channel sales team to drive business growth.Manage the registration, training, certification, and brokerage disbursal process for channel partners.Collaborate with team leads and site heads to develop promotional offers for channels.Build and maintain a healthy investor database through channel partners.Regularly update channel partners on price and product updates to ensure they remain competitive in the market.Oversee the organization of channel-related events to foster strong relationships with partners.Utilize existing channel partners to move existing inventory during new launches.Continuously improve the channel partner experience to drive long-term business success.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in channel or corporate sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.Able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.Must have good knowledge of dealer management and distributor management practices.Experience working in Mumbai's western suburbs is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Others:MBA/PGDBM preferred but graduation mandatory.
