Senior Channel Sales Leadership RoleThe ideal candidate will oversee a team of regional Channel Account Managers, responsible for managing reseller partnerships within assigned geographic territories.Establish strong relationships with key personnel at assigned partners.Identify opportunities to upgrade partners to Advanced/Expert level as per our partner program guidelines.Maintain close communication with upgraded partners contributing significantly to SMB business.Conduct regular business strategy sessions and meetings with top resellers within the assigned partner base.Promote key programs like rebate plans and rewards programs.Communicate new product releases, pricelists, acquisitions, certification programs, partner portals, tools, and promotions to partners.Built comprehensive partner enablement and training plans in assigned territory for key partners.Cordinate company resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.Accurately forecast sales by understanding channel sales cycles and updating Salesforce accordingly.Meet and exceed sales quotas and defined revenue goals.Foster excellent internal and external communication, adhering to our channel program guidelines.
