Job OpportunityOur organization is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Corporate Learning Manager.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic leadership, program management, and instructional design.Leadership & Program Management: Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies, encompassing needs analysis, program evaluation, and quality assurance.Curriculum Development: Oversee the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of high-quality training content, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to identify critical skill gaps and forecast future training needs across various business units.Trainer Development & Quality Assurance: Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to develop and mentor internal trainers/facilitators, establishing robust quality assurance mechanisms for all training sessions.Coaching and Mentoring: Provide continuous coaching, performance feedback, and professional development to the training team to elevate their instructional design and delivery skills.Best Practices: Drive the adoption of modern, innovative instructional methodologies, adult learning principles, and best practices in language and professional skills training.French Language Expertise & Delivery: Facilitate specialized training sessions in French for leadership, high-potential employees, or specialized roles, as required.Proficiency Standardisation: Establish and audit internal French language proficiency assessment standards that accurately reflect C1-level competency for relevant roles.Cultural Competence: Ensure all training integrates key cultural nuances and business etiquette relevant to French-speaking markets and professional contexts.Requirements:Extensive experience in corporate learning and instructional design.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Ability to drive innovation and best practices in training methodologies.Benefits:Opportunity to lead comprehensive training initiatives.Chance to collaborate with senior leadership and department heads.Professional development opportunities for the training team.
