You’ll manage a pool of trainers and subject matter experts, develop learning content, and ensure technical accuracy across all programs. This role combines technical expertise, program management, and communication skills to deliver impactful cybersecurity education. Key Responsibilities: 1. Trainer & SME Management • Build, manage, and expand a network of cybersecurity trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs). • Evaluate trainer performance and ensure high standards of delivery. 2. Trainer Onboarding • Source, assess, and onboard trainers through structured interviews and evaluations. 3. Content Development & Curriculum Design • Develop and review cybersecurity training content, learning paths, and course modules. • Ensure alignment with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP. 4. Technical Writing & Documentation • Create and review technical documents, whitepapers, articles, and playbooks. • Maintain accuracy and clarity in all written materials. 5. Training Delivery • Conduct cybersecurity and IT sessions when required, both virtually and in-person. • Support hands-on labs and case-study discussions. 6. Virtual Training Operations • Coordinate backend logistics and host full-day virtual sessions (primarily on weekends). • Manage participant engagement, trainer support, and session flow. 7. Speaker & Webinar Coordination • Identify and collaborate with cybersecurity professionals for webinars, workshops, and masterclasses. • Enhance the LMS content library with expert-led sessions. 8. Industry Partnerships & Certifications • Build collaborations with industry bodies and certification providers to increase training credibility. • Support certification mapping and recognition initiatives. 9. Sales & Marketing Enablement • Provide technical insights to help sales and marketing teams promote cybersecurity training programs effectively. • Handle inbound training queries and assist with lead conversions when needed. Skills & Qualifications: • Strong foundational knowledge in cybersecurity, information security, and IT infrastructure. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools. • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in training delivery, content development, or L&D operations within a technical domain. • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively. • Flexibility to work on weekends during major virtual sessions.
