Customer Service ProfessionalThe Customer Service Professional plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and accurate support through various communication channels. This key position requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to diverse situations.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner via phone, email, or chat.Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies to customers.Effectively handle customer complaints and offer suitable resolutions.Issue Resolution:Identify customer needs and provide optimal solutions.Elevate complex issues to supervisors or technical teams when necessary.Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.Update customer accounts and process orders, returns, or requests efficiently.Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.Product & Policy Knowledge:Stay updated on company products, services, and new launches.Understand and communicate company policies clearly to customers.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
