Community AmbassadorWe are seeking a talented individual to join our team in building the digital home for endurance sports.About the RoleThis role is focused on connecting everyday athletes, sports creators, clubs, and local communities online and welcoming them into our ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about endurance sports, and be comfortable reaching out to athletes on various platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesStart conversations and build relationships with athletes, clubs, and sports groups online.Organize interviews and collect stories from athletes.Coordinate outreach activities and ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved.Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.Takes initiative and manages multiple outreach threads independently.Requirements/SkillsCommunication: Excellent communication skills and ability to start conversations with athletes and other stakeholders.Sports Passion: Interest in endurance sports, active lifestyles, or fitness communities.Outreach: Confident reaching out to athletes on platforms like Instagram and coordinating interviews or follow-ups.Digital Coordination: Ability to collect photos, stories, and permissions in an organized and reliable way.Adaptability: Comfortable switching between outreach, conversations, interview scheduling, and community activation activities.Self-Starter: Takes initiative, manages multiple outreach threads independently, and keeps conversations warm without needing reminders.What You'll GainAs a Community Ambassador, you will gain hands-on experience that gets published and noticed.
